Ingredients

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chicken broth
1–2 tablespoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

Steps
Step 1
Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chicken broth, and adobo sauce.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.
Step 4
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Stir Greek yogurt into the sauce in the slow cooker until creamy.
Step 5
