4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or multigrain)
1/4 cup apple butter
8 ounces sliced cooked turkey (roast turkey or deli turkey)
4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
1 cup fresh arugula
1 tablespoons unsalted butter
