Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen french fries

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeΓ±os

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup guacamole

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Steps

Step 1

Cook the french fries according to the package instructions until crispy.

Step 2

While the fries are cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Step 3

Once the fries are cooked, arrange them on a large platter or baking sheet.

Step 4

Sprinkle the hot fries with shredded cheddar cheese and the cooked ground beef.

Step 5

Place the platter under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeΓ±os, and red onion.

Step 7

Add dollops of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa over the top.

Step 8
