Greek Yogurt Parfait

⏱️ Prep Time: 5 minutes β€’ 🍳 Cook Time: 0 minutes

This Greek Yogurt Parfait is one of those magical five-minute breakfasts that looks fancy, tastes amazing, and still manages to be good for you. It’s creamy, crunchy, fruity, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat. Whether you’re making a quick weekday breakfast or layering it up for a brunch table, it never disappoints.

Creamy Greek yogurt layered with honey, vanilla, crunchy granola, and fresh berriesβ€”breakfast never looked (or tasted) so good.

This recipe is basically my breakfast version of self-care. The vanilla and honey add that lovely soft sweetness to the tangy yogurt, and then the granola brings the crunch that makes every bite feel complete. Add a mix of juicy berries and, if you’re feeling fancy, a sprinkle of shredded coconut for that tropical hint. It’s also incredibly flexibleβ€”perfect for using whatever fruit or granola you already have on hand.

I love serving these in little glass jars or cups to show off all the layers. It’s also a great make-ahead option: just wait to add the granola until right before serving so it stays crisp. Whether you’re packing breakfast for the office or treating yourself to a slow morning at home, this parfait is proof that simple can still feel special.
