Combining fresh orange juice with a splash of grapefruit, this mimosa is not just a drink, but a celebration of all things sunny and joyful. Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco or any sparkling wine

  • Orange slices, for garnish

  • Mint leaves, for garnish


Steps

Step 1

Combine orange and grapefruit juices in a pitcher.

Step 2

Fill each champagne flute halfway with the citrus juice mixture.

Step 3

Top off each glass with chilled Prosecco.

Step 4

Garnish with a slice of orange and a mint leaf.
