  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 large eggs

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Steps

Step 1

Brown the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced breakfast sausage until it's nicely browned and fully cooked. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
