Ingredients

For the Meatballs:
1 pound ground meat of your choice (beef, pork, or turkey)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free breadcrumbs for GF option)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
For the Tangy Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
