Ruby Roots Spritz

This bright, bitter-forward mocktail stars Ghia’s Original Apéritif, one of my favorite non-alcoholic spirits to keep on hand. Paired with pomegranate, lemon, and a splash of gingery fizz, this one’s bold, refreshing, and surprisingly easy to shake up.
A chilled glass of Ruby Roots Spritz with ice
I’ve been loving Ghia lately for its unapologetically bitter, botanical profile — it’s inspired by Mediterranean aperitivo culture, and their Original Apéritif brings so much flavor without the alcohol. This mocktail is one of my go-tos when I want something that feels sophisticated but doesn’t take a ton of time (or ingredients) to throw together. It’s got that grown-up edge, but with ingredients you probably already have at home.
What I especially love is how Ghia plays so well with fruit and fizz — here, the pomegranate gives it tangy depth, lemon keeps it bright, and ginger ale adds a bit of sweetness and spice. It’s balanced, easy to batch, and honestly one of those drinks that makes any ordinary moment feel a little elevated.
If you’ve never tried Ghia’s Original, this is a perfect recipe to start with. It’s complex, versatile, and a total game-changer for anyone exploring non-alcoholic options.
