Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
Crumble Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Gently fold in the blueberries.
