Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cups of steamed white rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Sesame seeds, for garnish
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Steps
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
