Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Steps
Step 1
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautรฉing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
