Cheesy Zucchini Pizza Boats

⏱️ Prep Time: 15 minutes β€’ 🍳 Cook Time: 20 minutes

Growing up, pizza bagels were a guilty pleasure of mine. But on my health journey, I've discovered a delicious twist that satisfies my cravings while keeping things nutritious – they remind me that health-conscious choices can still be satisfying!

Zucchini is a low-calorie, high-fiber vegetable that's rich in vitamins A and C. It supports healthy digestion and provides essential nutrients. Tomato-based marinara sauce is loaded with antioxidants, including lycopene, which may help reduce inflammation. The moderate amount of cheese adds a good source of calcium and protein to the dish.

These Cheesy Zucchini Pizza Boats are a fun and satisfying alternative to traditional pizza. With the zucchini base, you're getting a dose of veggies while enjoying the flavors you love. Feel free to get creative with your toppings and make these boats your own. As you savor every bite, remember that healthful choices can be incredibly delicious.
