  • 1 pound breakfast sausage

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices bread, cubed

  • Fresh chives for garnish


Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a baking dish.
