Kiwi Sunshine Spritz

๐Ÿฅ A Refreshing Start to Your Brunch

Nothing screams summer like a vibrant, fruity cocktail, and this Kiwi Sunshine Spritz is a game-changer! The natural sweetness of ripe kiwi pairs beautifully with zesty lime and the effervescence of Prosecco (or sparkling wine). A hint of mint elevates the freshness, making it a light yet indulgent brunch treat.

๐ŸŒฟ Kiwi is packed with vitamin C, making this cocktail feel almost like a health drinkโ€”at least, that's what we tell ourselves! Whether you're hosting a brunch party or just want a relaxing drink, this spritz is effortlessly fancy yet incredibly easy to whip up.

The best part? Itโ€™s totally customizable! You can swap the Prosecco for club soda to make it non-alcoholic or mix in a splash of gin for a stronger twist. Either way, this cocktail is your new sunny-day essential!
